1-minute Relationship Pop Quiz

One of the main themes of Thoughtfully Fit is learning to “kick yourself off of autopilot” and move through the world with thoughtfulness and self-awareness. Our relationship pop quiz can help you reflect on your communication.

Have your interactions lately been Thoughtfully Fit? Here are a few reflection questions to help you self-assess how you’re doing in your relationships with others.

3 Question Relationship Pop Quiz

1. Have you stated your needs clearly?
The Thoughtfully Fit practice of Balance encourages you to advocate for yourself in relationships by balancing your wants and needs with the wants and needs of others.

2. Are you giving your loved ones space to make mistakes (or be “themselves”)?If you can stretch to accept people for who (and how) they are, you’re practicing Flexibility in your relationships. Nice work!

3. Have you resisted the urge to respond quickly to an irritating message?
If yes, I’m sending major kudos your way. Responding thoughtfully when you’re upset is so tricky! Practicing Agility means your knee-jerk reaction is without the jerk.
