Pro Tips on Thoughtful Questions

We all know if you have a strong physical core, everything is easier. The same is true if you have a strong mental core. The core of Thoughtfully Fit has three steps: pause, think and act. For most people, the thinking is the most important, and most challenging, part.

In order to be more thoughtful, you might need to slow things down and ask questions instead of just giving answers. In this week’s video, I’ll tell you how to do just that!
