Taking Control of Your Habits

Do you have some things on your stop-doing list that you aren’t sure how to stop? Habits or behaviors that may have been patterns for years? Well, then I highly recommend watching the video below to hear from DLCC Coach Sharon Barbour about how to work through them.

In a nutshell, her advice is to slow down and get curious about what’s happening. Ask yourself what need this habit is filling, and understand what triggers it. In this way, you might be able identify alternative ways to meet that need, and get on the path to different behaviors.
