Client testimonial

“We've had such a positive experience with Jill. Our leaders are all very opinionated, and they had great things to say about the sessions and Jill, specifically. We plan on keeping lines of communication open so that we can partner together again in the future. Jill was very responsive and did pre-work with our employees so that the sessions would be tailored to their specific needs. Jill really built a relationship with our leaders, and they truly enjoy working with her.”

— Amanda Menhusen, HR/Talent Acquisition Lead

Client testimonial

“I am so impressed with the quality of materials and preparation at every point in my interaction with DLCC. From the very first inquiry to this final evaluation, they are all professional, organized, and thoughtful. The level of quality at each turn gives clients confidence, especially going into high-stakes events. Jill knows that I loved her Tick Tock, but what I love more is that I didn't have to ask for one — she just does it naturally! It shows a level of preparation that allows for adapting to any situation, which gives great comfort to control freaks like me. I've never seen a trainer be so comfortable with conflict and guiding people on how to navigate it. I learned a ton from all of the DLCC team and I love that. Darcy and her team are the best facilitators I have ever worked with. They are detail-oriented, high-energy, and positive presenters who can deftly move even the most difficult group through an effective and impactful agenda. Their approach to conflict and team toxins is unique. They help move individuals and groups through the recognition of problems to the acceptance of tools to help navigate future conflicts. The advance preparation that includes pre-meeting interviews, highly detailed materials, and thoughtfully designed agendas allows for a very successful engagement and very happy clients.”

— Kristin Beckmann, KLB Consulting, CEO

Client testimonial

“Our experience with DLCC was excellent and helped our team have some difficult conversations. Our facilitator, Jill, provided a safe and constructive space for addressing the proverbial ‘elephant in the room.’ She skillfully equipped our team with common language, helping to foster a more open and collaborative work environment.”

— Lannia Stenz, Gilda's Club Madison, Executive Director/CEO

Client testimonial

“Working with the DLCC team was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The initial planning meetings were meticulously detailed, setting a strong foundation for success. Jill's high-quality presentation to our leaders was nothing short of outstanding. Her energy, expertise, and engaging delivery made a lasting impression. Our leaders found Jill's presentation so valuable that they will be using insights and snippets from it for years to come. The level of professionalism and dedication demonstrated by Jill and the entire DLCC team truly exceeded our expectations.”

— Lindsay McElmeel, Project Manager

Client testimonial

“The greatest thing was the experience, professionalism, and incredible skill that Jill and Darcy brought as professional facilitators. We facilitated our own retreat for the last several years and the difference between what we've done and what Jill and Darcy did from a facilitation standpoint was striking. Long-term, I think that the content will be our greatest benefit. I think that there are parts of the content that we still will be using and our teams will be functioning better because of it. Hire them! During planning and during the event, the DLCC team was constantly looking for what we were trying to achieve from the retreat and how they could better customize what they were doing to better deliver. The DLCC team adjusted portions of the training on the fly during the event to make everything better resonate with our team. I would not hesitate to partner with DLCC.”

How to Work With Jill

Team Dynamics Snapshot

Most teams sense that something is off—but can’t quite name it. The Team Dynamics Snapshot gives teams a shared, honest view of how they’re functioning across six core practices: Development, Trust, Communication, Conflict, Accountability, and Alignment.

  • Through a brief survey and a facilitated discovery session, Jill helps teams:
  • Surface different perspectives safely
  • Identify patterns that are helping or hindering performance
  • Create shared language for conversations that matter
  • For many teams, this is the moment they stop guessing and start making intentional change.

Team & Alignment Coaching

Team coaching is where insight turns into action. Jill partners with intact teams over time to help them practice new behaviors, navigate real challenges, and build trust through lived experience.

Team coaching supports teams in:

  • Strengthening communication and follow-through
  • Navigating conflict productively
  • Increasing trust, ownership, and accountability
  • Creating a culture where people can speak up and stay engaged

This work is ongoing by design because sustainable change doesn’t happen all at once.

Learning Experiences & Workshops

Jill facilitates workshops and trainings that are designed to start conversations, not end them. Her sessions are interactive, grounded in adult learning principles, and tailored to the realities teams face every day. This includes a deep expertise in digital environments; Jill’s master’s thesis focused specifically on virtual learning, ensuring her online sessions are just as high-impact and engaging as her in-person work.

Workshops are often used as an entry point into deeper work, creating shared language and awareness that teams continue to build on over time.

Common focus areas include:

  • Turning Learning Into Action
  • Courage, Compassion & Curiosity: Balanced Conversations
  • Communication, trust, and accountability
