TThoughtfully Fit #6: Ask Thoughtful Questions

This week we will tackle thoughtful questions again but this time the focus will be on asking others the question as opposed to asking yourself. The goal is the same: asking questions leads to greater awareness which leads to better actions. Additionally, when you ask other people thoughtful questions, it can help to eliminate assumptions and create greater clarity.

Consider the following examples of possible thoughtful questions:

  • What would you like to see happen?
  • What is getting in the way?
  • How could this be less frustrating?
  • What is going well right now?
  • What do you need from me right now?
