How long does the process take?
The entire process typically takes 60-90 days from start to finish. This includes initial setup, survey completion, the Team Discovery Session, and delivery of the Performance Playbook and recommendations outlined in the Game Plan and Strategy.
Who should participate in The Team Dynamics Snapshot?
While our primary focus is on Executive Leadership Teams, the Snapshot can also be valuable for other sub-teams, division teams, or any other intact team.
How many team members can participate in The Team Dynamics Snapshot?
It depends on the size of your team! The key is that all team members are present. This is designed for intact teams who work together in an organization with common goals and objectives. The minimum number of participants is three. The maximum depends on your team. We find that once the team gets larger than 12, there are often sub-teams within the team. However, we have worked with teams with more than 20 members.
How much does it cost?
The Team Dynamics Snapshot is available for a one-time fee of $4,500. This investment includes all aspects of the process: the Pulse Check Survey, Team Discovery Session, Performance Playbook, and tailored next steps outlined in a Game Plan and Strategy.
What if we need more help after the Snapshot?
The Game Plan and Strategy includes detailed recommendations for further development. Many clients choose to continue working with us for more in-depth assessments, retreats, or ongoing coaching and training programs based on the insights gained from the Snapshot.

Absolutely. All responses to the Pulse Check Survey are confidential, and findings are shared in a way that ensures individual privacy. Our goal is to create a safe and open environment for honest dialogue and growth.
