Welcome to Darcy Luoma Coaching & Consulting! I’m Darcy Luoma, and I founded DLCC with a passion for transforming the way teams and leaders thrive. With decades of experience in professional coaching and an extensive understanding of team dynamics, I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact that thoughtful and strategic coaching can have on both individuals and organizations.

I started this business in 2013 as a team of one! I quickly learned that I enjoy working on a team and wanted to bring more expert coaches and trainers into the fold.
