If you want to better lead your organization, a team, or your own life, Small Group Coaching for Women is for you. During the four months, you will dive into the six practices of Thoughtfully Fit and the core of PAUSE, THINK, ACT. When you are Thoughtfully Fit, you are more intentional and considerate in every aspect of your life. Ultimately, everything is easier when you take the time to be thoughtful.
What is Small Group Coaching?
This is a powerful experience with a small group of like-minded women who want to make positive changes in their lives. Like traditional coaching, each participant develops their own individual goals for the four months. The format is designed to provide a safe space to gain new awareness by recognizing habits, learning new strategies, and hearing from a variety of perspectives, all in an incredibly safe and supportive environment.
Each session is focused on a specific practice of Thoughtfully Fit, and you will walk away from each session with a “challenge” for the next two weeks that often leads to immediate results. The small accountability groups between sessions provides for additional support and motivation.
Why is coaching so powerful?
Coaching is different from therapy or mentoring! In the Small Group Coaching space, we hold you as the expert in your own life. Each session is focused on gaining new awareness in order to take actions to see the change you want to see in YOUR life. The structure, support and accountability sets you up for success to make powerful changes. This experience will change you if you are willing to show up!
